This Privacy Policy explains how Evoheim ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Orkestrr (the "Service"), an Evoheim product. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information — your name, email address, and organization, provided when you sign up or are invited, and managed through Evoheim single sign-on.
• Content you create — projects, bundles, goals, tasks, comments, labels, and other data you enter into the Service.
• Usage data — status changes, activity timestamps, and derived performance metrics (velocity, reliability, estimation accuracy, workload, blocking, quality) computed from your activity.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information to provide and maintain the Service, compute the analytics and leaderboards that are core to Orkestrr, authenticate you, communicate with you about your account, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only with members of your organization according to your role and permissions, with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and authentication), and where required by law. Providers are bound to use the data only to deliver services to us.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content it is soft-deleted and then removed on our regular schedule; you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Security

Access to your organization's data is scoped by role and tenant isolation. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and respond promptly to issues.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@evoheim.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use non-essential advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you.
