Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orkestrr (the "Service"), operated by Evoheim. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Orkestrr is a hierarchical project management platform that organizes work across Projects, Bundles, Goals, and Tasks, with automatic status roll-up and contributor analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service, provided through Evoheim single sign-on. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account and organization. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

3. Beta access and billing

• Orkestrr is currently offered as a free public beta. No fees are charged and no credit card is required to use the Service during the beta period.
• We intend to introduce paid plans in the future. We will give reasonable notice before any paid plan takes effect, and no charges will be made without your consent.
• If you use the Service during the beta, you may be offered founding-member pricing when paid plans launch. Any such offer will be described at that time and is not binding until you accept it.
• When paid plans are introduced, fees will be exclusive of taxes where applicable, and billing terms will be presented to you before you subscribe.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to, disrupting or reverse-engineering the Service, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to violate the rights of others.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant Evoheim the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the Service for you and your organization. You are responsible for the content your organization stores.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Orkestrr and Evoheim marks, is owned by Evoheim and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evoheim will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
